My family moved from Northern Ireland in the 80's to Durban, South Africa where I spent my formative years. A move to Cape Town and then England during my teen years played a huge part of how I adapt to new people and environments. I am very much energised by people, and love to capture their stories through an emotive storytelling style.

My love of imagery began at an early age - finding an old family video camera fascinating and trying my best to figure out how it worked. I was fortunate to have attended a school in the UK that had the most amazing art department and I would spend hours in the dark room developing my pictures. The sight of that image slowly appearing on the paper was so exciting! After graduating with a BA Hons Design degree from Nottingham Trent I moved into the advertising space, where I've worked internationally as an art director. I have been fortunate to work with titans of industry, learning and being mentored along the way. My love for retail, interiors, beauty and fashion has led me to focus on one of the most exciting industries which is ever-evolving. I live in Cape Town with my husband Johann, nine year old daughter Erin, and our rescue dog, Rosie!
